Artificially Yours

Privacy notice

Last updated: 11 October 2026

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and we don't store the conversations you paste in.

1. Who we are

Artificially Yours (artificiallyyours.cloud) is run by the operator of Artificially Yours, who is the controller of your personal data under UK data protection law. You can contact us through the contact form.

2. What we collect

3. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies, so there is no cookie banner:

On our Watch page, embedded TikTok videos may cause TikTok to set its own cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

4. How your reports are created

When you submit a conversation, we send the text to Google's Gemini AI service to produce your analysis. Google processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to that processing. Please don't paste other people's personal details, and don't include anything unlawful. We do not use your conversations for any purpose other than creating your report.

5. Other organisations involved

These organisations may process data outside the UK. They are responsible for the safeguards that apply to their own services.

6. Why we use your data

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop how we use it, or move it to another service. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form and we'll respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Age limit

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, please tell us so we can delete them.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, store passwords only as hashes, and limit who can reach your data. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

11. Changes

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also tell account holders by email.
